HardTruth Changes

Tom Estes Hello everyone. Due to the insanity that has been going on over here lately, I've decided that I have to make some changes. While I would love to be able to have a blog where anyone can comment, it's just not possible to do that and retain any level of sanity.
I started this blog so I could share what God has laid on my heart, and to give Christians a place to openly discuss or debate the topic of my post, or random topics that people were interested in could be brought up in the forums. Well, as we all know, the atheists are so active and harsh in their comments that it makes Christians just not want to bother with sharing their thoughts. I know atheists see this as a weakness, but I assure you it's just the opposite. As Christians, we know we're right, thus, we're not going to waste time talking with someone who's not willing to listen, but instead just wants to argue.
I know this may disappoint some of the Christians who come here and enjoy mixing it up with the militant atheists, and I'm truly sorry to disappoint, but this just doesn't fit the vision I had for this blog when I started.
So, the new guidelines here will be as follows:
- You must have a member account to comment. It's free, and it removes the anonymity of those who come here to be hateful.
- If you're an atheist, you can make a member account if you want, but if you come on here and make rude, hateful comments, I'll just remove your account, removing your ability to comment. Of course a person can continue to make new member accounts after I remove their original account, but surely no one will be that pathetic, right?
- I just want to make clear, my point is not to remove atheists from this blog, my goal is to remove the militant ones. If I make a post about the Bible, and you want to bash the Bible, don't bother, I'll remove you. Basically, if you want to discuss what is being talked about here, fine, but you will not be allowed to change the premise of the discussion, if you do, I'll remove you.
Here's the HardTruth.
I hate the fact that I have to do this, but it can be no other way. Too many crazy atheists are trying to ruin it for everyone, so instead of allowing that, I'm just removing the crazy atheists. Again, the last thing I wanted to do was offend anyone by doing this, but these changes need to be made, and that's the HardTruth.
P.S.
I will make these changes in a few minutes.
